The Stalk is an alien spider lady. Her upper body appears to be largely humanoid, although armless. Her lower body is that of a spider with eight arms that each end in a five-fingered hand.
Her body is covered in a flexible chitin - thicker than human skin, but warm and smooth to the touch. Her upper body is hairless, but her lower body is covered in a thick coat of fine fur. Her arms and the plate in between where they connect to her body is covered in a thicker, rigid chitin.
The Stalk's fingers fade to a dark pitch black, as if they are dipped into ink, but it is a color and nothing more. They taper to a sharp point which function much like claws. Her arms have two types of extrusions - long, rigid, black spurs, and long white hairs. The spurs are defensive and can cause damage if not careful. The white hairs are sensory organs (hearing/smell) and are also erogenous zones if stimulated.
Below the plate connector of her arms, nestled inside her fur, is her epigyne, her external genitals. It's an opening surrounded by fatty tissue similar to a vagina, although rather than a clit there is a large semi-rigid appendage for placing eggs (although it has other kinky uses...).
On the tip of her abdomen is her spinneret, and a little ways above that is her anus.
The Stalk is an obligate carnivore, although she isn't limited to a liquid diet like terrestrial spiders. She in fact lacks any kind of venom. Her barb is designed to incapacitate with vicious wounds.
In addition to her barb, she has a more traditional tongue, although it is much longer than a human tongue, and which tapers to the end.
